Water repellent, anionic polymer emulsion 

Water repellent, used as priming coat, partly in base coats and top coats, very good fastness to water spots, especially in highly absorbent and vegetable tanned leathers, results in a fine water repellent film, no grain loading, no emphasizing of grain defects, minimal reduction of shine in top coats.

Aqueous emulsion of fluoridated polymer and silicone

Hydrophobing agent, main use for hydrophobing, touch and Nappalan. Distinguished by good hydrophobic effect, intensifies colour on suede and nubuk, two-way nap remains unchanged, velvety feel, no film-forming, good fastness to water spots.

Solution of non-ionic tensides in water-miscible solvents

Penetrating agent for cationic and anionic base coats. Good dyestuff solvent, compatible with all binders, levels dyestuffs and binders evenly in the leather.

Water miscible high-concentration tenside 

Penetrating agent for  impregnation and adhesive base coats, excellent penetration, quick wetting of the surface, good distribution in the leather, reduces hydrophobing effect.

Non-ionic substances in water and water-miscible solvents

Universal levelling agent in all polishing base coats, base coats containing resins, print solutions, reverse or synchron, top coats. Improves the levelling of all aqueous solutions, avoids craters, air bubbles and fish eyes, supports wetting, improves re-wetting and intermediate adhesion.

Aqueous polyurethane 
dispersion

Thickening agent and viscosity stabilizer used in base coats containing resins, printing dyes, top coats. Properties: strong thickening effect, improves levelling, the adjusted viscosity remains stable, does not influence the finishing properties.

Anionic emulsion of partially saponified hard waxes

Glazing and plating aid for top coats, glaze finishings. Application properties: transparent, clear film, shiny and hard, improves smoothness and surface appearance, can be glazed and polished very well, reduces stickiness even when plated hot.

Aqueous emulsion of waxes and additives

Wax emulsion for base coats and whitening effects. Heavy whitening dull appearance, high sealing and masking effect, excellent burnishing properties, soft touch, no stickiness.

Wax emulsion containing silicone and polymers

Wax emulsion based on silicone and polymers. Excellent polishing properties, provides a shiny summit finish when being milled, yields a smooth, silky surface, improves results for the adhesion tape test, dark-polishing effect on natural leathers.

Aqueous emulsion of natural waxes and fats

Wax emulsion for antique effects, base coats, top coats and polishing base coats. Darkens when being plated above 100°C, levelling of grain defects, pleasant touch, glazable, results in two-tone effect and shiny summits when being milled, avoids sticking when being plated.

Aqueous polysiloxane emulsion

Defoaming agent for print dyeings and spray coats. Very good defoaming, also in highly viscous medium, rapid outgasing and foam destruction, highly miscible with water, lightfast, adhesion and intermediate adhesion can be influenced, quantity 0,05 - 0,1%.

Aqueous, acrylic and wax dispersion

Compound for base coats of soft leather types. Elegant film, no grain loading, good levelling effect,  simple handling, very flexible and elastic, suitable for rollcoater application.

Aqueous polyacrylic dispersion containing filling agent

Stucco filler for filling and printing with the addition of binders. Outstanding filling power, excellent buffability, very good adhesion, good flexibility, can be milled, in case of full-grain leathers it is necessary to add Telaflex U 578.

Colloidal, aqueous solution of condensation products

Universal binder for polishing base coats, base coats containing resins, top coats, and glaze finishes. Application properties: soft, highly glossy film, very elastic, little grain loading, not thermoplastic, excellent glazing and polishing properties, fast to hot plating, improves fastness to acetone, can be crosslinked with Langrofin Fix U, Langrofin Fix NTZ  and Fixiermittel G.

Acid-softened casein solution

Soft binder for polish base coats, base coats containing resins and glaze finishes. Very soft, smooth film, high filling effect and surface appearance, excellent glazing and polishing properties,  can be crosslinked with Fixiermittel G, pleasant touch, no emphasis of grain defects, reduces stickiness.

Viscous albumin-based binder combined with emulsified oils and glycol

Medium hard binder mainly used in polishing base coats, base coats containing resins, top coats and glaze finishes.

Matt, inorganic, polyacrylic dispersion

Matt, soft acrylic binder for base coats. Soft, matt base coat binder, thin, elastic film, little grain loading, improves filling and surface appearance, excellent embossing properties, improves stackability.

Aqueous, polyacrylic dispersion 

Highly dispersed, deeply penetrating acrylic binder for the impregnation of full-grain leathers. Very good and deep penetration, fixes grain without loading, very slight hardening of the leather, gives a fine grain break.

Aqueous, colloidal polyacrylic solution

Deeply penetrating acrylic binder for impregnation of buffed leathers, dyeings as adhesion promoter and base coats. Application properties: deeply penetrating impregnation binder, soft, sticky film, grain-tightening effect, very high swelling in water, excellent buffing and polishing properties, mechanically stable.

Aqueous, acrylic and wax dispersion

Hard, clear acrylic binder for base coats and to improve physical properties in top coats. It is a transparent, hard surface binder, does not swell in water, good resistance to solvents, improves wet and dry rub fastness properties, good intercoat adhesion, lightfast, non-sticky.

Viscous albumin-based binder

Dispersed, deeply penetrating acrylic binder for impregnations for buffed leathers and base coats. Application properties: deeply penetrating impregnation binder, soft, slightly tacky film,  fixes grain without over loading, hardens the leather slightly, good light fastness, no reduction of wet rub resistances.

Aqueous, fine, reactive polyacrylic dispersion

Dispersed, medium soft acrylic binder for base coats and top coats, especially for soft full-grain leathers. Medium soft, thinly filming surface binder, can be crosslinked with ammonia at room temperature, good permanent flexibility, very good rub fastness,  no swelling in water.

Aqueous butadiene acrylonitrile latex dispersion

Butadiene binder for finishing split leathers, base coats for buffed and heavily pigmented full-grain leathers. Application properties: soft, elastic surface binder, filling and levelling, mimimal swelling in water, thickens with casein, crosslinks with Langrofin Fix U and Langrofin Fix NTZ and products containing ZnO.

Aqueous, polyacrylic dispersion with additives 

Special compact resin for dark effects by hot embossing at about 120°C. Good
flexibility, waxy, pleasant touch, can be dyed with Telanil and Langrocor.

Aqueous polyurethane co-polymer with special additives

Soft base coat compact binder for buffed leathers and soft, full-grain leather. Distinguished by good filling effect, strong covering, good embossing properties, not sticky, very good permanent bending elasticity, can be crosslinked with Langrofin Fix U, Langrofin Fix NTZ and Langrofin Fix 6 .

Aqueous dispersion of polyurethane, butadienes and polyacrylic binders with fillers

Compact binder for abrasive box, covering base coats. Good filling effect, strong covering,  good levelling properties, not sticky, very good permanent bending elasticity, fast to hot plating, can be crosslinked with Langrofin Fix U, Langrofin Fix NTZ and Langrofin Fix 6.

Aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane, polyacrylic dispersion with additives 

Compact base coat resin for furniture and bag leather. Has very good surface appearance, soft, elastic film, no grain overloading, excellent embossing properties, non tacky, lightfast, can be crosslinked with Langrofin Fix U and Langrofin Fix 6.

Aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion

Soft, deeply penetrating polyurethane binder for base coats and nubuk fixation. Soft, very elastic film, minor grain loading, very good permanent elasticity, good anti-dusting effect on nubuk leathers, two-way nap is preserved. Can be crosslinked with Langrofin Fix U, Langrofin Fix NTZ and Langrofin Fix 6.

Aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion

Soft, dispersed polyurethane binder for base coats for full grain, soft leathers,  and base coats for thin finishes. Non film-forming, no grain overloading, colourless, transparent, non tacky, lightfast.

Aqueous, aromatic polyurethane dispersion

Soft polyurethane binder for base-coats, adhesion base-coats. Application properties: very flexible and elastic, improves adhesion, thermoplastic, slight yellowing in case of heat ageing, very good resistances, can be crosslinked with Langrofin Fix U and Langrofin Fix 6.

Aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion

Soft, fine-particle polyurethane binder for polishing finishes and base-coats. Soft and deep-draw film,  slight grain loading effect, good elasticity and flexibility, good polishing properties. Can be crosslinked with Langrofin Fix U, Langrofin Fix NTZ and Langrofin Fix 6, lightfast.

Alkaline albumin solution

Very hard binder for top coats and glaze finishings. Application properties: crystal-clear film, excellent glazing properties, lightfast, fast to hot plating, good rub resistances, can be fixed with Fixiermittel G, improves repolishing properties.

Aqueous casein solution

Hard binder for top coats, glaze finishings and base-coats. Application properties: hard, high gloss films, can be glazed, lightfast, fast to hot plating, can be fixed with Fixiermittel G,  good rub resistances.

Aqueous dispersion of an acrylic styrene polymer

Very hard binder for crack effects and top coats. Application properties: results in a so-called crack effect, hard and highly glossy film, crystal-like cracking when milled, can be used as part of a medium hard polyurethane in glossy top coats.

Ready to spray matt polyurethane binder for top coats. Imparts a natural look and good levelling properties with a pleasant silky-soft touch. Mixture of saturated and unsaturated fatty acid ester

Oil emulsifiable in water as a priming base-coat and part use in base-coats. Self-emulsifiable, very good miscibility in water, non-grain loading, high filling effect, keeps the leather soft and supple, can be used on it own or in combination with wax emulsions or as part of a base-coat formulation.

Aqueous cationic dispersion of a quaternary fat

Filler and touch-improving agent used in base-coats and feel coats. Imparts a soft, pleasant touch, prevents tackiness, improves filling properties and surface appearance, good lightfastness, compatible with cationic products.

Mixture of acid vegetable oils

Plasticizer used in base coats containing protein, top coats and priming coats. Application properties:  good filling and levelling properties, gives a pleasant touch, improves water fastness properties, thickens alkaline casein solutions.

Aqueous, non-ionic paraffin wax emulsion, modified

Filler for binder base-coats and top-coats. Reduces sticking when being plated, no yellowing, can be polished, good filling effect, minimal change of shade when used as priming coat on nappalan.

Oil from renewable resources

Non water-soluble oil for rollercoater application. Softens the grain, boosts the pull-up effect, no grain overloading, good repolishing properties, can be combined with other hot waxes, fats and oils.

Sulphonated vegetable Oil, neutral

Softener used in glaze finishings, base-coats containing casein and top-coats. Improves levelling and gives a natural touch.

Aqueous emulsion of a high-molecular size polysiloxane

Aqueous touch agent, imparts pleasant, smooth, natural touch, improves the adhesive tape resistance.

Water-thinnable, non-ionic silicone-oil emulsion

Touch agent used on its own or as part of aqueous top-coat formulations. Application properties: smooth, slightly oily touch, improves the adhesive tape resistance, improves the dry rub fastness, intensifies the shade, in case of overapplication, greying and intermediate adhesion problems may occur.

Aqueous touch agent, used on its own or as part of aqueous top-coat formulations, aslo utilised as a plating aid in aqueous base-coats and pigment solutions. Provides a smooth, waxy touch, reduces squeaking of the leather, reduces sticking when being hot plated, improves resistance to impact damage.

Aqueous touch agent for top-coats. Provides a smooth, waxy touch,  reduces squeaking of the leather, improves plate release, improves resistance to impact damage.

Crosslinker for casein and protein binders in polishing base-coats, top-coats and glaze finishes. Improves wet resistances, crosslinks proteins and reactive polymers, may lead to yellowing of pastel shades when hot plated, do not spray separately.
